Afridax has a Conflict-of-Interest management policy which places all client interest before those of the company and its staff. A copy thereof is available upon request.

Complaints Management

Afridax has a client complaints management policy which is available at: www.afridax.com/complaints-policy

If you would like to submit a complaint, please review our policy and submit the details thereof to us in writing. Any complaints received must be logged, recorded and acknowledged. We commit to address them fully, timeously and professionally.

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you are entitled to refer it to the FAIS Ombud.
