I forgot my password
On the login screen, select Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. A reset link is sent to that inbox. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
My two-factor code is not accepted
Authenticator codes are time based, so the clock on your phone must be correct. Enable automatic date and time in your phone settings, then request a fresh code. If you have lost access to your authenticator device, contact support to verify your identity and reset 2FA.
I did not receive my verification email
Check the spam and promotions folders, and confirm the email address on your account is spelled correctly. Add [email protected] to your contacts so future messages are delivered.
My account is locked
Repeated failed login attempts temporarily lock an account to protect it. Wait a short while and try again. If the lock persists, contact support and we will help you restore access.
Log In Safely
- Treat your AFRIDAX login exactly like your bank account login. Never share it with anyone, not friends, not family, not anyone claiming to work for AFRIDAX, and never with anyone offering to trade on your behalf. “Brokers” and account managers who ask for your credentials are running a scam.
- Whoever has your login details can move your funds.
- Only ever log in at afridax.com or exchange.afridax.com. Check the address bar before you type your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication on your account and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe and offline.
- AFRIDAX staff will never ask for your password, your 2FA codes or remote access to your device.
- Use a unique password that you do not reuse on any other website or exchange.
